Rheumatological diseases - Diagnosis and Treatment.

Chronic Headache - Botox injections, occipital nerve blocks or transforaminal epidural nerve root blocks with fluoroscope-guidance.

Chronic Neck Pain - cervical spine facet joint injection, Radiofrequency facet joint dorsal median nerve ablation, or epidural nerve root blocks with fluoroscope guidance. 

Radicular arm and/or hand pain - cervical spine transforaminal epidural nerve root blocks with fluoroscope guidance. 

Chronic upper, mid and lower back pain - thoracic or lumbar spine facet joint injection, Radiofrequency facet joint dorsal median nerve ablation or transforaminal epidural nerve root block with fluoroscope guidance.

Chest Wall Pain - intercostal nerve block, thoracic transforaminal epidural nerve root block with fluoroscope guidance, or costochondral injection. 

Sacroiliac Joint Pain - sacroiliac joint injections and/or denervation with fluoroscope guidance.

Peripheral Joint Pain and inflammation (such as shoulders, elbows, hips, and knees)- intra-articular injection.

Tendonitis in various locations- tendon injections.

Disc Herniation and Spinal Stenosis are managed by a series of epidural steroid injections with fluoroscope guidance.
